Topping Ingredients
o 1 Can Tomato Sauce
o 3t Brown Sugar
Meatloaf Ingredients
o 3 lbs Hamburger Meat
o 1 Onion
o 1 Egg
o 1c Mayo
o 1 Box Stove Top "Cornbread" Stuffing
o 3c Cheddar Cheese
o 1 lb Cooked, Crumbled Bacon
o Garlic Powder To Taste
o Salt & Pepper To Taste
Topping Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in medium sauce pan.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer entire time Meatloaf is cooking
Meatloaf Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°
Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Form into loaf, place in ungreased, non-stick pan
Bake @ 350°for 45 mins then another 15 if needed.
Done when the internal temp of the loaf is 160°
