Â½ C. General Kung Pao Sauce(Starport 345)
12 oz. Chicken, diced Â½"
1. Red bell pepper diced Â½"
1-1/2 C.Baby corn Â½" long
2 Tbsp. Roasted peanuts
1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
Cilantro for garnish
1. Heat pan at high heat, when hot add 1 Tbsp. oil then chicken and sear 30 seconds.
2. Add bell peppers, baby corn saute 3 minutes.
3. Add General Kung Pao Sauce. Mix well continues to saute until steaming hot.
4. Remove, divide into two servings and garnish with peanuts and cilantro.
