Aihui Ong (I We)
4 cups basil leaves
1 cup of shredded mozzarella
1 cup of extra-virgin olive oil
1/3 cup pine nuts or walnuts
5 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1) Put pine nuts or walnuts in a pan. Heat over medium heat till you smell the fragrant of the nuts. It only takes 2-3 mins, keep your eyes on them while toasting as they burn easily.
2) Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
