1 Cup Shredded Fontina Cheese
1/4 Cup Diced Sundried Tomatoes packed in oil
3 or 6 oz package of Gallo Salame sliced into bite-sized pieces
1/4 Cup Chopped Green Onions
8 Large Eggs beaten
1/2 Cup Half & Half
1 prepared Pie Crust
1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/4 teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
Sour Cream (Optional)
Bake 1 pie crust according to package directions in a 9-inch pie pan.
Preheat oven to 375.
In a large bowl whisk together eggs and half & half; once combined, add cheese, tomatoes, green onions and salami. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well and then pour mixture into prepared pie crust and bake at 375 deg for approximately 45 minutes or until quiche is set and inserted knife comes out clean.
Serve warm or at room temperature. Top with a dollop of sour cream (optional).
