Meet Team Jimmybar!
Jimmybar was begun by Jim, a serial entrepreneur who after seeing the movie Food, Inc. in 2009 decided to tackle the food industry for a new startup and combat the big food companies, processed foods, and growing obesity problem. Around that time Jim also discovered he was allergic to dairy, gluten and eggs. After realizing how difficult it was to find snack bars with ingredients he could actually understand, he decided to try making his own in Chicago with his sister. The bars were a hit, and now the company offers four flavors with real nutrition and ingredients you can read.
