Why do I have to order by a certain date?
In order to receive a box for July, you have to order by 1st of July since we ship all the boxes at the beginning of each month (usually around the 10th of each month).

Members can cancel their membership anytime. Your membership fee is auto-renewed on the 1st day of every renewal period.
